Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sleep Warrior. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 7-12 business days for international destinations.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, severe weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking may take 2-3 days to show updates after dispatch. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 days, please contact us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, set by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and can’t predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We can update an address only before your order has been processed, so contact us as soon as possible if you need a change. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different locations. If so, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive on different days. You won’t be charged extra shipping for this.
